RaceMind Privacy Policy

Apple Health

With your permission, RaceMind reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and workout data from Apple Health. For running workouts, RaceMind may also keep factual information that Apple Health makes available, such as workout identity and source, distance, duration, aggregate speed information, and elevation information when present.

RaceMind requests read access only. It does not write data to Apple Health. Apple Health data is accessed on your device and is not uploaded to a RaceMind server.

Location and weather

If you allow location access while using the app, RaceMind requests your current location to provide weather context for the day. Your latitude and longitude are sent directly from the app to Open-Meteo, which returns current weather and forecast information.

RaceMind does not store your location or weather history. If location or weather is unavailable, RaceMind omits that context.

Information kept on your device

RaceMind stores its product records locally in the app's private storage. Depending on how you use the app, these records may include:

• your Mission, race date, weekly running frequency, units, language, and notification preference;
• training plans, daily decisions, and plan changes you approve;
• your Running Archive and factual RunEvidence linked to completed runs;
• Reflections you save after runs;
• Reflections, Learning records, Memories, and the local records used to present Understanding, Journey, and Moments;
• the time of the latest Apple Health sync.

RaceMind does not provide user accounts, a RaceMind cloud service, or cross-device cloud sync.

Sharing you choose

RaceMind can prepare Moment images and Running Book images or PDFs for the standard iOS Share Sheet. Nothing is shared until you choose a destination. Once shared, the receiving app or service handles that copy under its own privacy terms.

If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message and address so we can receive and reply to it.

Notifications

If enabled, the Morning Brief notification is scheduled locally through iOS. RaceMind does not use a remote notification service for the Morning Brief.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The RaceMind app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or telemetry services. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts.

Website hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary network information, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. RaceMind does not add analytics or tracking to that hosting.

Your control

You can review or revoke Apple Health, location, and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission stops future access to that source but does not change data already kept locally by RaceMind.

RaceMind has no server-held account record to delete. Data stored by RaceMind remains in the app's private storage until normal app behavior replaces or removes it, or the app is deleted. Data held by Apple Health or a service you chose through the Share Sheet remains under that service's control.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when RaceMind's production data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
